Classes

Reformer Pilates
Class utilizes the Pilates Reformer for a total body workout, incorporating strength, flexibility and cardio exercises in every session!  All fitness levels are welcome but we do offer different skill levels to suit your needs.  Classes offered are beginner, intermediate and advanced and are listed on our class schedule.

Mat Pilates
Class utilizes Pilates techniques on the mat for a total body workout.  All fitness levels are welcome.

Cardio Barre
High intensity class using techniques from ballet and Pilates to strengthen and lengthen upper body, lower body and core.  Most exercises are done with a ballet barre.  Come ready to sweat!

Tower
Tower combines mat Pilates with a spring loaded system similar to the Reformer.  Incredible core workout!  All fitness levels are welcome.

Yoga
Join instructor Kathryn Durand for a flow yoga class.  Class sizes are small to allow for a customized experience.  No experience or equipment needed.

Restorative Yoga
Using blocks, mats, bolsters and blankets, restorative yoga poses are held for longer periods of time to promote relaxation and calmness.  Come in to escape from your busy day!

HIIT Circuit Training
High Intensity Interval Training is a circuit based exercise class.  Clients use weights, bands, balls, TRX, and more for total body strength and conditioning.

Platform
Session is on the Reformer using a platform for standing work with weights, bands and the Pilates ring.  Intermediate to advanced levels.

Cardio
Reformer Pilates session with at least 50% of the class using the jump board for cardio exercises.

Zumba
Zumba is a fitness program based on Latin-inspired dance and aerobic movements. Class consists of interval workouts that target the core, boost cardio endurance, and burns calories to improve respiratory and cardiovascular health, decreases anxiety, and enhances flexibility and proprioception. Zumba classes use different types of music and dance styles, such as merengue, salsa, mambo, flamenco, cumbia, rumba, and hip hop.

Pilates Suspension
This class will challenge your balance, strength and flexibility! Class is a hybrid of mat Pilates and work on the TRX suspension trainer. All levels welcome.

Group Cycle
Everyone needs some cardio in their life! Group cycle classes are held in a small group environment on stationary bikes that focuses on strength, endurance and cardiovascular health. We offer several varieties of cycle, including: Cycle, Cycle Core, Cycle Strength. All levels welcome.

CPR | AED | First Aid
The Heartsaver CPR AED is tailored for individuals such as Teachers, Personal Trainers, Non-Health Care office workers, Industrial workers, and anyone else who DOES NOT WORK in a Healthcare Environment but who is nevertheless required to know CPR for safety reasons. Click here to learn more.
