Jackie Landeros
Jackie Landeros is a Fort Worth native. She graduated magna cum laude with her BA in Dance from Hunter College in New York City with department honors in Dance and an academic scholarship. She has danced with MWest & Company, Bolly Dhamaal Dance, imPULSE Dance Project, Cholorock Dance Collective, has presented work as an independent artist, and currently dances with Muscle Memory Dance Theatre (M2DT). Jackie is currently the Assistant Director of Dance at Arlington Heights High School and a certified im=X Pilates instructor in Tower, Reformer, and Mat. She completed National Dance Institute’s Teaching Artist Training and is the recipient of the Bates Dance Festival Teacher Fellowship Scholarship and the Dance Council of North Texas Dance Educator scholarship. Jackie is currently pursuing an MFA in Dance at Montclair State University. She is committed to sharing her love of all things dance and fitness.
Crystal Derrick
Crystal Derrick is a Fort Worth native. She graduated from Sam Houston State University with a BFA in Dance. She did an apprenticeship with Ballet Concerto in Fort Worth, and as a student at SHSU, did an apprenticeship with Rednerrus Feil Dance Company. After graduation, Crystal moved to Houston to dance for Rednerrus Feil Dance Company for several seasons and taught at multiple dance studios in The Woodlands and Cypress, Texas. She was first introduced to Pilates in college. She is a certified Pilates instructor. She is certified in Mat, Basic and Advanced Reformer and Tower. Along with Prime Life Pilates & Fitness Fort Worth, she is also currently a dance educator at the Texas Dance Conservatory. Crystal has been teaching dance for the past 14 years and Pilates for the past 6 years.


Julia Reddout
I have been teaching Pilates for over two years after completing my comprehensive 500-hour teacher training through Club Pilates in 2021. My background is in Occupational Therapy. I have been an OT for over 32 years with varying work experience. I have always had a love for Pilates and incorporated it into my pediatric and adult settings. I have over 1000 hours of self-practice. My style is creative with a focus on good form and breath control with the movement. Pilates has impacted my personal health since having breast cancer, I have regained strength and stamina and a calmness in my mind. My goal in class is for you to experience that same mind-body connection and have fun along the way. I have been married to Scott for 27 years and have one son, Travis (25). I look forward to seeing you in class!
Fanchee Whitaker
Fanchee Whitaker, also known as Shahina, is a Fort Worth native with a diverse career spanning publishing, dance, and fitness. After overseeing the adaptation of a novel into a successful film, Shahina transitioned from the publishing industry to focus on her passion for belly dance. As a certified fitness instructor with over 20 years of experience, Fanchee has taught a wide range of fitness formats, helping students achieve their health and wellness goals. Her expertise includes Zumba, Barre, Aqua, Strength, Cycle, BodyShred, and Human Reformer. Her approach combines creativity and joy in movement.
